You can return a product within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
- Unopened and in its original packaging.
- Unused and undamaged.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, such as fresh fruits or other products that are susceptible to spoilage, cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect products).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been dispatched. After that, cancellations may not be possible, and you would need to follow the return process.
